You’re only 400 metres from Chapel Porth Beach, so feel free to wake up, roll out of bed, and amble down to the sand before breakfast. The atmosphere is unpretentious and quiet—perfect if you want to swap city noise for natural sounds and open skies. Dogs aren’t allowed, mind, which keeps things extra peaceful for the local wildlife and your fellow campers.

When you step out from your pitch, the real Cornish coastline beckons. Chapel Porth Beach, just a short walk away, is the kind of place where golden sand meets dramatic cliffs—perfect for a quick dip or a long afternoon with a book. The iconic Wheal Coates mine stack is perched on the cliffs nearby, a striking reminder of Cornwall’s mining heritage, while St Agnes Head, with its sweeping views, is a short drive or a brisk walk away.
